JOT Certificate
Your JOT certificate is an official document recognized by Japan’s Immigration Services Agency under the Ministry of Justice. It serves as certified proof of your Japanese language proficiency for visa applications, employment, and university admission.

Certificate Delivery Process

Score Report
Available within 5 business days of your test. Log in to your CBT account to view your section-by-section breakdown and overall score.

Digital Certificate
Passing candidates receive a downloadable PDF certificate within 10 business days. This digital certificate is accepted for all official purposes including visa applications.

Printed Certificate
A printed hard-copy certificate can be collected from our Colombo office or mailed to your registered address upon request. Contact us for delivery arrangements.
Certificate Verification
Employers, universities, and immigration authorities can verify the authenticity of any JOT certificate using the unique reference number printed on the document. Verification can be done through the official JOT CBT platform or by contacting JOT Sri Lanka directly.
JOT certificates do not have an expiration date. However, some employers and immigration authorities may request a certificate issued within the past two years. Check with your specific institution for their requirements.
